We develop, print, and digitize your film and disposable cameras in hours — not weeks. We specialize in C-41 processing and scanning of 35mm, APS, and 110 film, with standard orders ready same day, and rush orders in 1–3 hours. Every negative is analyzed for color, density, and sharpness, then inspected by our production team, so your files and prints are made to last — our archival papers resist fading for at least 80 years.

We return your negatives and deliver digital scans (your choice of 1000, 2000, or 4000 DPI) by emailed link to your permanent gallery, AirDrop, or flash drive. Whether you're trying film for the first time with a single-use camera or you live and breathe f-stops and shutter speeds, we'd love to bring your shots to life.

Prints are made on Noritsu Premium Luster Paper and will look great for many years to come.

Please Note: We do not accept and cannot process E-6 (Slide), true black and white (T-Max or Ilford, except XP2), or disc films.

35mm Film Scan Quality

Every roll is scanned on a Noritsu HS-1800 at the resolution you choose. Here's how our four options compare:

1000 DPI · 1037 × 1565 pixels

About 1.6 megapixels — enough detail for a crisp 4×6 print. Ideal for social media, texting, and everyday sharing, and small enough to download and back up in seconds. If you think you might want enlargements later, pick a higher resolution now rather than running your negatives through a second time.

2000 DPI Our Standard · 2075 × 3130 pixels

About 6.5 megapixels, which prints beautifully at 8×10 and leaves room to crop. This is what we scan by default because it fits how most people actually use their photos — sharing online and ordering prints — without files so large they're awkward to store.

4000 DPI · 4492 × 6774 pixels

About 30 megapixels, the largest the HS-1800 produces, and big enough for 16×20 prints and beyond. Worth it if you plan to enlarge, print for a wall, or simply want every bit of detail your negatives hold. Files are large, so expect longer downloads.

16-Bit TIFF · 4492 × 6774 pixels

Our 4000 DPI scan saved uncompressed in 16-bit — the editing headroom of a RAW file, with 65,536 tonal steps per color channel instead of 256. Best for heavy retouching and archival masters. Too large to email, so these come on a flash drive.

Delivery Options

We offer several ways to receive your scanned files — choose whatever works best for you.

Email gallery link Recommended

A secure link is sent to your email and opens your gallery on your Hite Photo account. All of your film rolls are stored there indefinitely, and you can order prints or any other products directly from your account anytime. We'll include a Google Drive link too — the gallery is the best place to keep and reorder from, and Drive is the easiest way to save images straight to your phone. 16-bit TIFFs are too large to email; those come on a flash drive.

Text message

We'll text you a link to your images.

AirDrop to your Apple device

We'll AirDrop your files straight to your iPhone, iPad, or MacBook in store.

Flash drive

We'll load your files directly onto a flash drive for you. This is also the only way we deliver 16-bit TIFFs — they're far too large to email.
